The Contract Writer enables the drafting of legally structured documents through conversational guidance with an AI attorney. The resulting documents are rendered upon this canvas in proper legal format, suitable for review, editing, PDF export, and electronic signature.
Option A — Template Selection. Select any template from the panel on the right-hand side. The system shall automatically initiate a guided conversation to gather the particulars of your agreement.
Option B — Free Description. Type a description of the contract you require into the chat panel on the left. For example: "I need an NDA between Micro Pharma LLC and a research partner."
Upon receiving sufficient information, the AI attorney shall draft a complete legal document containing all standard clauses, protections, and signature blocks. Said document shall appear upon this canvas, where it may be freely edited using the toolbar above.
(a) PDF Export. Click the "📄 PDF" button in the header to generate a professional letter-sized PDF of the current document.
(b) Electronic Signature. Click "🖊 Sign & Send" to enter both parties' email addresses and dispatch the contract via DocuSign for legally binding execution.
(c) Copy Text. Click "📋 Copy" to copy the full text to your clipboard.
